 On holiday I travel with a ICOM 706II and a Budipole that fits in my roller bag. Here is a photo of the Budipole in the vertical position with a capacitance hat on a recent holiday to Belize and had about 300 QSOs as V31ZF. I have also included a link to QRZ: I used the Budipole vertical with the callsign 3D2ZF and was quite active on the ANZA and Southern Cross nets. It is more effective near the ocean as a vertical but can be configured as a dipole.
