If you're looking for a contact with Tanzania, Charles NK8O and Fred N8AX will be travelling there soon:

Listen for 5H3DX (NK8O), Charles and 5H3AX (N8AX), Fred between 24 February and 21 March 2020, working CW, PSK-31, FT8, and (less likely) SSB.   We should be set for operation between 160m and 15m, with possibilities of 12 and 10m, conditions permitting.

We have applied for permission to operate 5H3DX on 60 meters, although the status of that request is still pending.
