20200627 - Repeater Book representative in VK

During the net we were joined by Alan VK2FMET who has volunteered to become the Repeater Book coordinator for VK. If you own or manage a repeater, you can contact him with updates and it will be reflected in the Repeater Book. Also, if you find an error with a repeater you're using get in touch with Alan and let him know.
